Introduction:

Coating machine model TM-C11 is equipped with laminate system which is appropriate for coating several types of mineral materials and paste on several types of paper and polymer layers with grammage quantities of 50 (i.e. 15 microns) to 200 (i.e. 120 microns). This machine is equipped with a 14-meter long gas-powered dryer and the automatic tension control system plus pneumatic brakes and electronic speed controller. Also it is capable of producing several kinds of coated papers and carbonless paper. It has glued-back papers.

Application of coated rolls in various industries such as packaging industry and in preparing paper prior to printing Production volume of this machine at one 8-hour work shift is 5 tons.
